Standard shipping is currently free on every order, with no minimum and no handling fees. Shipping is always shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay, and the checkout total is the amount that applies to your order.

Orders usually leave the warehouse within one business day and typically arrive in 3–5 business days in the contiguous US. Alaska and Hawaii often take 5–8 business days. These are estimates in business days, not guaranteed delivery dates.

No. We deliver within the United States only — the 50 states and Washington D.C. We cannot currently deliver to international addresses, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes or freight forwarders.

Stock is held across several fulfillment centers, so multi-item orders can split into separate parcels, sometimes arriving on different days, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for that.

We email a tracking number as soon as the parcel ships. You can also open the link in your order confirmation email, or see every order under My Orders if you checked out with an account.

The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours after the label is created. If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, email us — we investigate with the carrier and, once the claim is confirmed, arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Orders are released to the warehouse within minutes of payment, so changes are rarely possible. Contact us immediately and we will try. If the parcel has already shipped, refuse delivery or return it under our 30-day policy, and let us know either way.

No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account simply keeps your order history and tracking in one place.

30 days from delivery, for unused items in their original packaging with all accessories included. No restocking fee. Email support@getgocha.com with your order number to get a return authorisation before shipping anything back.

Send us photos of the product and the outer box with your order number. Where the claim is confirmed we cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected — typically 2–5 business days after it arrives. Your bank or card issuer then usually takes a further 5–10 business days to post it, which is outside our control.

If a product fails through a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear, misuse or accidental damage, contact support with your order number and photos. We assess each case individually and repair, replace or refund where the claim is confirmed. Any manufacturer warranty applies in addition, as do your statutory rights.

Major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device and browser support them. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store them.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where it is required, and always shown before you pay.

No. Amazon only handles the logistics for us, so orders placed here don't appear in your Amazon account. Your purchase, refund and support are with Gocha directly.

Stock levels sync automatically from our warehouses through the day, so a sold-out item becomes available again as soon as inventory lands. We can't promise a restock date, but email us and we'll share whatever we know.
