The rules of the deal, in plain English.

This store is operated by GOCHA INC ("Gocha", "we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and GOCHA INC for anything you order here. Reach us any time at support@getgocha.com.

Adding items to your cart is not a contract. A binding order exists only when we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's consent, to order.

• All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
• Standard shipping is free; there are no handling or hidden fees.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We never store your card number.
• Prices and promotions can change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Orders are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment from Amazon warehouses in the United States. This means Amazon picks, packs and ships your parcel on our instruction. Delivery estimates and shipment tracking come from that network.

Amazon is our logistics provider, not the seller. Your contract is with GOCHA INC, and GOCHA INC is responsible for your order, your refund and your warranty. Orders placed here are not visible in your Amazon account and are not covered by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full detail lives in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns, refunds and the 12-month warranty are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing there limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or repeated chargebacks.

We work hard to describe products, colours and dimensions accurately, but images are illustrative and screens vary. Small differences in finish or packaging do not make a product faulty. If a listing contains an obvious error we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

The Gocha name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. You agree not to scrape, resell, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the store, and not to submit reviews that are false, abusive or infringing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GOCHA INC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
