The Mystery Box store is fulfilled through dropshipping partners, so it doesn't follow the fast Amazon timelines of the main GOCHA shop. Here's exactly what to expect.
Delivery: 10–20 business days
Mystery Boxes ship from our drop partners, not from the GOCHA warehouse. Expect 10–20 business days after the box is sealed. Tracking is emailed within 3–5 business days.
Cancellation: 24 hours
Once a box is sealed it can't be unsealed. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering — after that the drop is locked.
Returns: unopened only
Because the value is in the surprise, opened boxes are final sale. Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged in transit? We replace it, no questions.
Duties & customs
Shipping is on us. Import duties outside the United States are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your local carrier.
No item swaps
Contents are drawn at random and can't be chosen, swapped or previewed. Allergies or restrictions? Write to us before ordering and we'll flag your box.
