Questions people ask
Which band level should a beginner start with?
Light for upper-body work and Medium for lower body. The right band makes the last two of 12-15 reps genuinely hard.
How much resistance does each band give?
Roughly 5-10 lb for X-Light up to 40-50 lb for X-Heavy, increasing the further you stretch the band.
Do the bands roll up during squats?
The latex is textured to grip skin and leggings, which is what stops loop bands rolling at the thigh.
How long do they last?
One to two years with regular use. Replace any band that shows a nick, tear or shiny worn patch.
